We LOVE pets! We allow 2 pets per apartment. There is no weight limit. We do have the following breed restrictions: American Pit Bull Terrier, Pit Bull/Pit Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincher, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Neapolitan Mastiff, Wolf, Wolf Hybrid.

Pet Policy

  • Max Number of Pets: 2
  • One-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300 First Pet & $200 Second Pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $25 Per Pet
